Intern Partnership was founded to help young people to make their vital first steps in an increasingly competitive work environment.
Our one to one counselling sessions are designed to equip you with knowledge and skills to give you an advantage in the job market. It's no longer enough to gain outstanding qualifications - employers are increasingly looking for candidates that can bring real added value to their role. Much of our focus is on understanding exactly what companies are looking for in a candidate. We share that information with our clients, as well as preparing them with invaluable interview and presentation techniques.

Every university holiday I worked for nothing in local radio and television stations around the UK - I wasn't the most talented journalist but I was definitely the most determined! By the time I left university my CV was filled with fantastic journalistic experience." "This is what I want to help young people achieve today - so I founded Intern Partnership."
